Fan Club Membership
By joining the online Chase Elliott Fan Club, members agree to pay a one [1] time membership fee in the amount determined by ChaseElliott.com. Those who choose to join the Chase Elliott Fan Club with full payment will be granted membership for the term of one [1] full year from the date of joining. ChaseElliott.com reserves the right to change at anytime the fee amount required for membership.
Membership is granted to http://www.ChaseElliott.com/fanclub/. The contract of membership does not apply towards any other public or private website.
Subscription may be terminated at anytime. Refunds will not be given if a subscription is terminated voluntarily or forcibly.
By making payment in exchange for membership in the Chase Elliott Online Fan Club you are agreeing to abide by all terms, conditions and rules set forth.
You are officially a member of the Chase Elliott Online Fan Club once your payment has been processed and your username has been registered by the administrators. You are not considered a member or subscriber to the Chase Elliott Online Fan Club until both your payment is processed and your username is registered.
Once you click, “I agree to the terms and conditions as set forth” you have given your official permission to be charged. After that moment, no refunds will be given.
Memberships are non-transferable. By joining the Chase Elliott Online Fan Club you are agreeing to be the sole user for your given username. If anyone other than the account holder would like to access the site, each person must register and pay separately for his or her own account. Sharing of accounts is forbidden and could result in termination of fan club membership if caught.
The Chase Elliott Online Fan Club reserves the right to alter, delete or add to the terms and conditions at any point without notice. ChaseElliott.com will be entitled to its reasonable expenses and attorneys' fees incurred in successfully defending any action related to this Agreement.
